These two videos demonstrate our lighting issues and the consequences of not setting the white balance. In the first clip you can see clearly that the wall in the background is a pleasant cream colour which is supposed to be the same as the walls in the foreground, but because we failed to set the white balance and use proper lights, the wall behind the characters is slightly green.
In the second clip we tried to use low-key lighting to create a mellow atmosphere, but we didn't realise how dark it would be on the camera. We didn't check the footage after filming, to avoid this from happening next time, we will check the footage after filming and ensure that we use the correct lighting equipment that can prevent these mistakes from happening and also setting the white balance would probably help, (soz Marion).
